“It is an absolute pleasure to speak on behalf of Feldman Equities and Tower Realty Partners. We have been a tenant in the First Central Tower for over 20 years.
Apart from their investment in our building [First Central Tower], which is very significant and has resulted in transforming our building into an A+ property, the manner in which they go about their work is exemplary. Every effort is made to get input from the tenants, work around the tenant’s schedule while doing everything in a first class matter. You can tell, the central question they ask when undertaking a project is: “what is best for the building, not what is the cheapest alternative…” That approach is evident in the resulting work product and how the building is managed and maintained.
With the renovations to the lobby, upgrading the elevators, upgrades to the parking garage, the addition of a gym and community area, our building has been transformed from a great place to work to a superb place to work.
In my capacity as managing partner, I have had the opportunity to work with property manager Kyle Nevergold of Tower Realty Partners. What a pleasure that experience has been. Kyle is extremely receptive to our concerns, new ideas and makes every effort to accommodate the tenant. It is obvious, he takes great pride in his work and it shows in the first class results he and his team continually achieve. Frankly, his efforts epitomize the the manner in which a modern-day property manager should function in achieving great results for the owner as well as the tenant.”

That’s our very own First Central Tower featured in this ABC Action News piece touting St Petersburg’s new EDC, Economic Development Corporation.
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. – St. Petersburg reaching a business milestone by creating its own Economic Development Corp. “St. Petersburg has had a competitive disadvantage,” said Mayor Rick Kriseman. But the city is playing catch up by opening its first ever EDC. “It says that we’re not willing to take the backseat to anybody any longer,” he said.
“When someone asks, ‘Is this a brand new building?’ That’s the ultimate compliment,” Larry Feldman. Even new tenant Hype Group chimed in on the renovation and their new offices.
“We absolutely LOVE our new office and office building! Larry Feldman and Feldman Equities, LLC recently put it ‘through a time machine’, sparing no expense during the multi-million dollar makeover.” – Hype Group
The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports on our stunning $10 million renovation of First Central Tower in downtown St. Petersburg.
St. Pete’s First Central Tower has been ‘through a time machine’ — and it’s paying off
Check out the new photos! The $10 million renovation of First Central Tower in downtown St Petersburg is nearly complete! Redevelopment included an extensive lobby renovation, upgraded tenant floor elevator lobbies, tenant corridors and restrooms. In addition, we added an amenity package including a new concierge desk, a state-of-the-art luxury fitness center and conference center. In keeping with current office space trends towards hip, high-tech spaces, space on the third floor next to the new fitness center and conference center has been converted to a tenant lounge area. The lounge area is a 24/7 “chill zone” that has the look and feel of a first class airport lounge. It includes soft seating, large flat screen TV, iPad chairs and free WIFI.
We’ve also upgraded the building’s air conditioning system, modernized the elevator system and renovated the elevator cabs. The parking garage had its own upgrade as well with new lighting, paint and graphics.
We’ll let the photos speak for themselves!
